Funeral Pad markFuneralPAD CASET AFTER LAUNCH PUMP.FUN

How it works

Funeral Pad launches pump.fun coins and keeps a funeral ready for each of them. Every rule below is enforced by the program FunaD...RHbS; the numbers are read from it live.

THE SPLIT

The coin's own account (a program address) is its pump.fun creator, so every lamport of creator fee lands in the program. Anyone may collect it, and it splits exactly: 50% to the dev, 40% to burial, 10% to the treasury. Rounding dust goes to burial.

Burial goes into the shared burial fund while the coin's own contribution is under 3 SOL. Above that cap it goes to the $FUNERAL bucket, which buys $FUNERAL on its curve and burns it.

WHEN A COIN DIES

A coin at least 72 h old with less than 0.01 SOL of creator fee over the last 72 h can be declared dead by anyone. Fees still parked at pump.fun are collected inside that same call, so a coin that still trades cannot be buried. Death is final.

THE FUNERAL BUDGET

At death the budget is fixed on chain: what the coin put into the fund (min(contributed, free fund)) plus a bonus of up to 25% of that, capped at 10% of the rest of the free fund. A coin with real volume gets a real funeral; a coin that never traded gets almost nothing.

WHO IS A MOURNER

The mourners are wallets that held the coin from before its last stretch of real trading until it died: the window starts at the trade with which the last min(budget / 2, all fees / 4) of real creator fee began. Real means pump.fun and PumpSwap trades of this coin; transfers and gifts to keep a coin "alive" do not count. Buying a corpse cheap and waiting does not put you on the list.

Each wallet is entitled to the smallest balance it held through that window. Excluded: pools and curves, program accounts, the dev at death and the pad's own wallets. One wallet gets at most 20% of a funeral's rewards. A list holds up to 65,536 wallets (the largest ones).

The attestor signs the list; the guardian rebuilds it on its own and can veto it for 2 h. Then it is final.

LAYING FLOWERS

Once the list is final the budget buys $FUNERAL over 30 min into an escrow, with a price guard. Then flowers open for 7 days: you burn your tokens of the dead coin yourself and get your share in the same transaction, reward = rewards x burned / total listed.

Until $FUNERAL is live on pump.fun, funerals pay SOL from the budget instead. The same happens when the price guard refuses every $FUNERAL buy. After 7 days leftover $FUNERAL is burned and leftover SOL goes back to the fund; the grave keeps a tombstone with its numbers.

THE SPEECH

Every funeral gets a short, funny farewell built only from on-chain facts (name, age, volume, holders, date), never from the coin's own description. It is filtered (no links, handles or slurs), its hash is signed with the list, it goes on the stone and to X.

THE NUMBERS

WHAT YOU TRUST

  • The attestor picks who is on a list and how much each held. The program caps it: the total cannot exceed the circulating supply, one wallet gets at most 20%, and the budget was fixed at death.
  • The guardian recomputes every list and can veto it or revoke the attestor at once. A veto loses nothing: the list is posted again or, after the post window, the budget goes back to the fund.
  • The admin cannot touch the burial fund, a coin, a funeral or the escrow. New numbers wait 24 h and apply to new coins only; new roles wait 3 days.
  • Platform risks: pump.fun can change creator settings; the programs are upgradeable and unaudited by a third party; a merkle list trusts a published snapshot.
